Food was okay, did not taste fresh, rice dry, some items were not seasoned as should be for 'authentic' Mexican food. I had a combo enchilada, taco, tamale plate. Used ground beef instead of shredded for two items. Not my preference. Staff very helpful, serviceable, on hand for anything we needed.

Great Service from Gaylene (spelling) she was attentive and had a great story to tell me. Loved it. Played back. Good sized drinks.

I never tire of good Mexican food. La Palma has been in business for many years for good reason - it's a wonderful restaurant. The food is always delicious and the portion sizes are just right.

Large portions friendly staff and food was good

Very friendly service. Went at lunch and ordered the lunch special with a tostada & enchilada. I was very happy to find that the tostada shell was freshly fried and delicious. Very pleased overall, the only suggestion I would make is to lower the price of lunch specials. Thank you for a great experience.

My bestfriend and I went to La Palma in lakewood t center around 230 pm on Labor day, we both ordered the (green) tomatillo Verde enchiladas. All I can say is flavor! The tomatillo enchilada sauce was a Perfect Blend between sweet and savory what's a kick of sour that perfectly balanced it out, the chicken was nice and juicy and the rice and beans we're on point. It almost tasted like the beans had steak fat in them so they were very flavorful. The waiter honestly could have been a little more informative when we had questions but experience was very good and we got out food in good time. I drink a lot of water with my meals, I will say he can definitely work on his refill timing. I will definitely be returning to try their red sauce enchiladas. The pictures are of my enchilada plate TBH half-eaten because it was that good and the red and green salsa that they give you with your chips to start your meal off. Also decently priced!

Awesome restaurant. One of our favorites. They always have the coolest bartenders and there is no music in the bar. A major plus for those of us who want to sit and chat. I just love the ambiance of the entire restaurant. It feels relaxed and homey.

Love this place! Gaelynn is the best bartender in the world. She knows all her customers and always makes you feel at home. This is a laid back family atmosphere.

Service and food good as always. Steak Fajitas could have been cooked more and peppers and onions were practically raw! We were the only customers in the restaurant so the cook had no pressure or other orders? Food was still good but no loving put into the food on this occasion. But service was great as always. I will chalk it up as the cook had an off day, food is always great it was just this time.

Pretty decent Mexican food at a good price, friendly staff usually pretty quiet inside. I used to drink there for 3.00 tequila shots (not sure if it's still that price)

La Palma is an average mexican restaurant, the food and drinks I expected did not fall short neither did the service. What distinguishes La Palma from other restaurants, the live solo singer. He doesnt have a mic so he's not so loud that you cant have a conversation, but he sets a great mood throughout the restaurant.The solo act is in my opinion what could have earned La Palma a 5 star rating, it's the icing on the top, or that little extra that is rare to find elsewhere. The bartender was great, she was helpful, she was busy, she had no help, and she was new. I wont give 5 star ratings unless it is earned on this day someone could have helped her for 5 minutes and it would have changed the entire narrative but nobody did.

Lindsey is the best bartender in the world they have really good happy hour prices and food simply a good place to watch football on a Sunday
